My Story

My early leadership experiences taught me a lot about people… especially growth in others. Supporting and generating that growth has been feeding my soul ever since. 

 

In my HR leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson, Cargill and Eastman Company, I learned a lot about the impacts on people and business results by the interconnectedness of
